Domestic shipping

All orders are processed within the same day(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping takes approximately 4-5 business days across the United States and 5-7 business days to the rest of the world :) 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide free international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. POSCO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hola@poscofamilia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your POSCO sneakers- if you feel that a product you purchased doesn't work for you, please let us know. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible a t hola@poscofamilia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All returns must be made through our returns process. Our systems cannot accept and process returns made from outside shipping methods.

Please note that refunds may take 2-7 business days for refunds to post to your account.

How do I measure my feet?

  1. For the most accurate measurement, it’s best to measure your feet at the end of the day as they tend to swell throughout the day and may have a slightly larger measurement in the evening than in the morning. Before measurement, put on the same pair of socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
  2. Tape a piece of paper to a hard floor and stand with one foot on it. You can also sit in a chair, but make sure your feet are firmly planted on the ground.
  3. With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, trace the outline of your foot on the paper. Repeat the process with the other foot as it’s common for a person’s feet to be two slightly different sizes.
  4. Mark the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel and use a rule to measure the distance between the two points. This measurement represents the length of your feet.
  5. If your feet are two different sizes, use the foot measurements of the larger foot when comparing your measurements against a size chart.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay as payments.

You can input your promo/discount code on the order summary page, before Shipping and Payment during checkout. Only one code permitted per order, product exclusions may apply.

What is upcycled denim canvas, the textile used to create our RESISTENCIA CANVAS sneaker?

Upcycled Denim Canvas, created by The New Denim Project, is a 100% upcycled cottonmade from the waste of various textile mills. Yes, they collect, sort and discard cotton fibers and fabric scrap from their own mother factory and other local factories to develop regenerated cotton yarns that are then used to weave their premium collection of curated fabrics.

Where are our leather products made?

POSCO leather products are all designed and crafted in Argentina certified by the Leather Working Group, where ILO (International Labor Standards) rules are followed.

What are the ILO rules?

The ILO is the source of international labour law that is embodied in its Conventions and Recommendations and the documents that emanate from the supervisory mechanism responsible for the application of those international labour standards. 

The eight-core conventions of the ILO are:

- Forced Labour Convention (No. 29)

Can POSCO sneakers be recycled?

Sneaker recycling is yet to make an impact within the footwear industry. So much so, that demanding and short-term trendsetting styles are still the fast-paced tenets by which our current fashion business models are sadly guided by. In fact, the industry is still so wasteful that a consumer today owns 300% more pieces of clothing than a generation ago, and wears a garment only seven times before getting rid of it, which usually end up in massive landfills. POSCO creates classic sneakers with quality materials and high end details so they can ride along with you for many years. We want to be a part of your journey, not another pair of shoes strewn in your wardrobe.

How do I maintain/clean my POSCOs?

The canvas can be brushed with cold water and Marseille soap. Please avoid putting them in the washing machine.
